decision on the best film for a weeknight or a single weekend at home can sometimes be difficult, especially for residents of Oklahoma who have a ton of options different to choose from. But instead of getting lost in the shuffle of the options out there, it makes sense a whole lot more to know what size and how committed can not be worth a couple of hours. Thus, those who are trying to decide what to watch, be it a night date with a studious type, or a movie afternoon with the family, must take into account these five surefire hits, most of which are easy to satellite TV to be found throughout the week.
# 1 – It’s just Not That Into You. There are rom-coms, and then there are those films that actually manage to go beyond the genre. With a cast of heavyweights, and an amazingly realistic message about the different types of relationships that people are comfortable in, this is the perfect choice for a ladies night, or any type of time watching television compared to therapy.

<p # 2 - Scarecrow. Classic film can sometimes be something that requires too much effort, to feel, but some groundbreaking films from the 1970s to flow beautifully, and will capture the attention to see someone who has developed into a well written film String sensitive and cause the tractor, but not in a gentle way. With excellent performance and an excellent soundtrack, a good choice for anyone who wants to see a movie really great

No. 3 -. The Wizard of Oz timeless classics are hard to find, but it’s certainly one of them. The introduction there is a child for the first time and I thought back to the golden age of cinema or just to see how big it really is Rewatching, “The Wizard of Oz” is a of those films that manages to endure, no matter what may be the decade. Definitely an excellent choice for the whole family and people of all ages

# 4 -. Thank You For Smoking No vice is what sells, even if the economy collapses. For those who are a bit disillusioned about their own vocation, which will allow spectacular achievements in this film for some laughs and inspiration. A tobacco lobbyist is in resonance with their own situation in life, while spending his waking hours persuading other people on the payroll, that their products do not kill people. It is a dark comedy, a great history of morals and a great thing to see on satellite television, if it has not been seen before.
# 5 – The Aristocats. Designs have changed in recent decades, but sometimes designed to lift the fancy HDTV and stick with a classic can be a great reward. The whole family can watch it for the first time or introduce younger members of the household, “The Aristocats” one of those classic Disney is well-designed to lift the spirits. It is a non-distracting music, good animation, and a good way to induce nostalgia in people of all ages. In short, it’s a must-see film of the past.

Had J.K. Rowling not arrange pen to composition and made her unfathomably famed series of kids books, “Harry Potter”, the Earth may have had to expect a bunch longer for the likes of British actress Emma Watson to triumphantly issue.

In an Earth of fluffy, pop star like personas and lower than educated roles brunette headed Watson is an energizing change from the bubble gum ness that’s conjured the majority of adolescent female role player. Her strong minded and fascinating personality only bring to her movie attract and fans can’t appear to acquire decent of this Emma Watson. She’s another concerns in life another than role playing and she prefer to engage her academic concerns too.

“Ballet Shoes” is single of a series of “shoes” books by Noel Streatfeild that marked by Emma Watson, yet has continued in the most favorite position since 1937. It’s an amusing family cinema for all ages.

Mario Van Peebles is one of the few consistantly working African American directors who actually makes films that remind us of where the African American people came from and what contributions they made to American society and history. NEW JACK CITY, POSSE, PANTHER – they all had a tough story to tell about the African American experience in America. Some of them made for great film going experiences (NEW JACK CITY, PANTHER) and others didn’t (POSSE) but all strived for an honesty not present in the films of Van Peebles’ other contemporary in the media spotlight Spike Lee.

BAADASSSSS! is no different and it marks his most personal and best film to date. The story concerns the trials and tribulations of his father Melvin as he faught to make his ground breaking film SWEAT SWEATBACK’S BAADASSSSS SONG, which ushered in the Blacplotation film movement.

Van Peebles does not hold back. He shows both the creative genius of his father as well as the stuborn egomaniac that some would thing abused his children. Van Peebles was bold to play his own father as was his father who placed the title character in the landmark film but like the film so boldly states “he is the only man who can bring this story to light because he lived it” (or thereabouts).

Having made NEW JACK CITY and PANTHER Van Peebles is no stranger to controversial subject matter and BAADASSSSS! pushes the buttons even further but also shows a man trying to break down the walls that the Hollywood Studio system wanted to wall him behind. Melvin was a man who wanted to show the world the “real” experience of the African American and other minorities in this country in a system that only wanted to see African Americans portrayed as comic foils for the main “white” characters of the film.

He even went out of his way to have a minority crew (that would learn by doing) and put his own money into the film, as well as use non-union labor – all which would have been unthinkable at the time.

The truly scary revelation of this film is how true it was then and how true it still is today as the Hollywood “machine” still underhires minorities and still wants the standard “comedy” from many directors/actors/producers of those minorities. In this, Van Peebles is still fighting the same fight his father faught almost forty years earlier. There have been some advances to corect this but forty years is a long time to still be doing “baby steps.”

Recently, my father just bought cheap flights to Jakarta to visit his brother. Talking about cheap flights, I remember many movies that have airplanes scenes and this time I want to share some of my favorite movies that have airplanes scene inside. My top 5 airplane movies are SWAT, Pearl Harbor, Executive Decision, Red Eye and also Die Hard. The first one is Die Hard, starred by Bruce Willis. You know, he is so difficult to die in all of the sequels. In one of the Die Hard sequels (I forget what series), it shows that Bruce Willis deals with hijacker on a airplane. I love those actions since Bruce plays his role very well and without any doubt.

Next movie is Red Eye. Red Eye is starred by Rachel McAdams and she was playing her role pretty well. The best is not about the effect or something like that, but the plot of the story makes me impressed. The same way goes to Executive Decision, senior actors and actresses really evolve the quality of the film. Pearl Harbor is one of my favorite; it gives the best war effect. The story is about the Japan bombed Pearl Harbor which is so stupid to do. The reason I put SWAT n the list because of the effect when the airplane landing in the city bridge. It is so amazing and the overall quality is very, very good.

When it come to film making there are endless choices available, but one among them stands above all the rest – the Los Angeles Film School.

Here you learn the art of filmmaking on the very practical front that is actually making your own films. Es, in the first week itself you are taught on handling a camera. By graduations, that is with in an year’s span, you would have made several films all by yourself.

If that’s not a reason justified enough for you to believe that the Los Angeles Film School is the ace, here are some more concrete reasons:

1. The campus of the Los Angeles Film School is located right in the heart of the films’ capital Hollywood.

2. The school’s location boasts of the corner of Vine & Sunset, just a few steps away from Kodak Theater and Hollywood Walk of Fame. It is surrounded by all major motion picture studios & the film industry business houses. Everything you dreamt of would be within a walking distance.
